River View is splendidly situated adjacent to the waterfalls of Duerley Beck as it splashes
its way through the centre of Hawes.  The cottage is set in a private cul-de-sac with river frontage and has car parking on the terrace immediately outside. 

From the windows visitors can enjoy the most photographed views of Hawes, which attract tourists from all over the country. The cottage is only a short distance from the shops, pubs, restaurants and other facilities in the town, and visitors will enjoy its peaceful setting and be lulled to sleep by the sound of the cascading river.

There are three double bedrooms (one of which is on the ground floor) sleeping 6 plus baby.  Each bedroom looks onto the river, as does the lounge. The cottage is fully carpeted. Heating is by off-peak electric storage heaters (included in terms) with an open fire in the lounge with Colour T.V. DVD Player & Video Player/Recorder. New kitchen fitted for 2012 with table and chairs for dining.  Electricity is not included in the tariff, a coin operated meter being provided for your convenience.

One of the favourite pastimes of many visitors is to sit on the river bank wall in the sunshine and to watch the world go by. You can be certain that you will appear on the pictures of the many envious holidaymakers who photograph the waterfalls from the nearby bridge.
